About our Founder -
Kristen Palmer, PhD (cand.)
Kristen Palmer is the founder of The Virtue Collective & A Dose of Dainty, a consulting and coaching practice created to empower women in leadership to lead with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.

With over 17 years of combined experience across the military, government, and nonprofit sectors, Kristen has dedicated her career to building teams, navigating complex challenges, and supporting leaders at every stage of their journey. She has learned that true leadership extends beyond strategy; it requires self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and spiritual grounding.

Through The Virtue Collective, Kristen integrates her background in human resources, employee engagement, training, and development with her passion for coaching. Her approach blends practical tools with faith-based principles, helping women break through barriers, align with their values, and thrive both personally and professionally.

At her core, Kristen believes every woman has the capacity to lead with courage, grace, and conviction. She is committed to walking alongside her clients, providing the support, accountability, and space they need to step fully into their calling.

Our Sister Brand, A Dose of Dainty, is an attributory company, embodying the same virtues of confidence, clarity, and grace through creative styling and personal expression. While The Virtue Collective empowers women in leadership through coaching and consulting, A Dose of Dainty celebrates the artistry of presence, helping women express the same inner confidence, outwardly through style, poise, and self-presentation.
