1. Coaching vs. Therapy
Coaching services provided by The Virtue Collective are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on personal and professional development, goal setting, and accountability. If you are experiencing a mental health condition or crisis, you are encouraged to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or healthcare provider.

2. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated with the highest level of respect and confidentiality. Your personal details, goals, and discussions will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent.

3. Legal Exceptions to Confidentiality
While confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship, please note that by law I am required to break confidentiality and report information if:

You disclose intent to harm yourself or others

You disclose abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult

A court order or legal requirement compels disclosure
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, and results. Coaching is a collaborative process, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
5. Payments & Cancellations

If a coaching plan is scheduled, all payments are due at the time of service.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled sessions.

A no call, no show will result in an automatic $25 fee.
6. Agreement
By booking and participating in coaching with The Virtue Collective, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
